IMPORTANT - Due to various differing
versions of Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Service Packs,
you may or may not be prompted to install an ActiveX Control to use
this Terminal Server Application.
If you are prompted to install an ActiveX
control, please do so. A yellow bar at the top of the screen
will appear... Simply click on it, and choose "Run ActiveX Control"
and agree to install it.
Some systems will appear to "loop" the
installation prompt. In this case, follow these steps...
1) Click on Tools, Internet Options, and
Security.
2) Choose "Trusted Sites" and click on the
"Sites" button.
3) Uncheck the box that says "Require
Server Verification".
4) In the window that is titled "Add this
website to the zone"... Put in:
http://matrix.mleequipment.com
And click the "Add" button.
5) Click on "Close", and you may be
prompted to re-open Internet Explorer. Even if you are not
prompted, it's a good idea to close and re-open Internet Explorer
anyway.
